Work With Natasha
Our founder, Natasha has over 20 year’s experience in making a difference to the lives of others. Her experience ranges from leading high performing employability teams and redesigning youth justice services, to developing senior leaders in local authorities and supporting third sector organisations through restructure. Natasha combines her training in the psychology of work and her lived experience as an operational manager to bring a high level of expertise and skills to service-focused projects. She is passionate, engaging, and highly motivated to deliver the best outcomes for people and the communities they live in.
Consultancy
Example projects Natasha has worked on include:
- Advice and hands-on support to a homecare start-up, creating a values-based team culture and coaching front-line managers
- Mobilisation of a national employment service in the UAE
- Design of rehabilitation services for young offenders
- Front-line manager training for national charity
- Delivery of staff induction for employability programmes such as Restart
- Supporting front-line teams and senior leaders through local government transformation (where she was an awards finalist with the Association for Business Psychology in recognition of her impact in this area

Natasha was a finalist in the Excellent in Change Management category of the workforce experience awards. She presented to an audience of over 50 attendees a case study on bringing about change in the public sector.
