About Us

Impact People & Change is an award-winning consultancy based in Nottingham and working across the UK to develop leaders and teams, and deliver programmes that bring about social change.

We are proud that since we started we have positively impacted the lives of over 500 people through our coaching and development programmes.

Our values

Our approach is underpinned by three values, which are core to everything we do. Understanding our values means you know what to expect of us and how we will support you when we work together.

Be our best – we strive to realise our potential so we can enable you to realise yours through our high quality, impactful services.

Do what we say – we believe change comes through tangible action so if we say we’re going to do something, we deliver.

Make a difference – our energy comes from our passion to positively impact the lives of others.

Our Impact

We are proud to play our part in creating sustainable change through supporting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our work supports the achievement of SDG 5: Gender Equality and SDG 8: Decent Work & Economic Growth.

We do this in a number of ways:

  • Through the services we deliver, such as our Aspire Network for new and aspiring women managers and the employability skills development we provide to young people via the Kickstart scheme and our mentoring programme
  • By providing work experience opportunities for young people in our business
  • By reinvesting a percentage of our profits to fund the delivery of our mentoring programme.

Our founder, Natasha is passionate about playing an active role in her local community.  As an Alumni Fellow she regularly gives career talks at her two local universities and she supports the development of school careers programmes in her voluntary role as an Enterprise Advisor.
