Natasha Chadwick is a passionate changemaker and entrepreneur with over 15 years experience of driving social change in the UK and abroad. She founded Impact People and Change in 2019.
“Across my career, I’ve had the privilege of working to change people’s lives for the better. I’m proud to have enabled hundreds of people to realise their potential – through delivering careers education to young people in schools, leading teams delivering employability programmes, and transforming the way services are delivered in criminal justice and local government.
In early 2019, after spending a couple of years in consultancy feeling tired of travelling and disconnected from my purpose, I decided to take a career break. I moved to Uganda to lead a team of volunteers delivering an educational programme in rural villages. It was a unique opportunity to build on all my experience and make a difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in the world. This experience was transformative for me and helped me reconnect with my purpose.
I founded Impact People & Change to bring together all of my work experiences so far. I believe in people’s potential and that everyone has the power to create change. Seeing the impact of my work on people’s lives is what drives me.
I was delighted to be awarded the title of ‘Nottinghamshire Live Women in Business Sole Trader of the Year 2019’ after only launching the business that year! I have learnt a lot in my career as a change leader and as a woman in business – and it is a real privilege to be able to share my story with others.
It’s been a challenge starting a business through the pandemic. I’m proud of the impact we’ve created in a short space of time. I’m grateful for the support and encouragement from my network and now invite you to the next stage of our journey.”
