70% of people engaging in coaching benefit from improved work performance, relationships and better communication skills. 86% of businesses report that they recouped their investment on coaching and more. (Source: ICF 2009)
Stepping into your first management role is exciting yet studies show that up to 58% of new managers don’t receive any training. (Sturt & Nordstrom, 2018). When considering how we learn and develop, research has shown the value of learning from peers (Walia, 2014).
Our coaching and development programmes help business leaders and front-line managers to realise their potential and drive impact through their people.
We’d love to work with you if you:
- Work for a business whose aim is to contribute to economic, environmental or social change
- Are in your start-up phase of your business or looking to grow your impact
- Want support in navigating a period of change
- Have recently transitioned into your first management role
- Like learning from others and sharing your own ideas
All our programmes are lead by our founder, Natasha, who draws on her own experiences as a manager and business owner in her delivery. Natasha remembers the challenges she faced as a young woman taking on her first management role and is particularly passionate about supporting women to build their confidence and grow their impact at work. Having also faced significant challenges at the start of the pandemic, Natasha has since grown a successful business and loves supporting other business owners to realise their own ambitions. In her delivery Natasha blends skills as a coach and facilitator with knowledge of the psychology of work to provide practical action that will have impact immediately.
