This webinar provided a timely opportunity at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic for Natasha to share her tips on how to navigate change with practical tools and a positive mindset.

Natasha is a regular speaker at Nottingham Trent University, as part of their Alumni Fellowship Scheme.  Natasha was delighted this year to share her career journey as a psychology graduate and woman in business with a roomful of aspiring female students in the faculty of social sciences .

Natasha was a finalist in the Excellent in Change Management category of the workforce experience awards.  She presented to an audience of over 50 attendees a case study on bringing about change in the public sector.

To celebrate the work of Natasha and her team in Uganda earlier in the year Natasha hosted a celebration event attended by over 50 people which raised over £1000. Natasha inspired attendees by describing how her team changed the lives of over 1000 young people in Uganda during their placement.

On returning from her mission trip to Uganda, Natasha was invited to join the panel to discuss the impact of volunteering on emploayability to over 200 young people.  She also shared how she has grown as a leader throughout her career by delivering a workshop on authentic leadership.
