Women’s History Month is an important occasion for us at Impact People & Change, especially since we are a woman-led business. We felt it important that we celebrated this International Women’s Day and the brilliant women that work in our team.
‘I’m proud to have built a small team of women who feel passionately about making a difference. I feel privileged to be able to support other women in business and create opportunities for small women – and I’m grateful for each of their contributions to our work so far.’
Hannah joined us a little over a year on a part-time mini placement and enjoyed her role so much that she went on to accept a year-long industrial placement as a project assistant/ junior consultant. Here is what Hannah has to say about her experience working with the business:
‘I am proud to be a woman working in a business that supports businesses and individuals to make a positive Impact on society and the planet. I recognise the importance of businesses in generating change and impact and find it extremely rewarding to see the people I work with do just that! I am very fortunate to work with some very inspirational individuals and benefit from being amongst brilliant female role models each day I work in the business.’
Jennifer, our brilliant project assistant is our newest employee at Impact People & Change joining us through the kickstart scheme. Jennifer helps manage various projects within the business such as the Aspire Network! Here’s how Jennifer has found her role in the business so far:
‘In my short time, it has been empowering to be involved in the work that Impact People & Change do for everyone but more specifically for women who face challenges or for those who don’t realise just how influential they are as a leader’

‘No mother should ever be made to choose between her children and her career. And I was one of thousands who felt as a mother they weren’t allowed to have both.
I’m grateful every single day that I now not only get to take my children to and from school but I also get to what I do best and what I’ve done my whole working life but also the fact I get to work alongside some absolutely amazing female entrepreneurs and founders like Impact People & Change who too want to create change.
Working with Impact People & Change has given me the ability to see although I am a solopreneur & one-woman band I don’t have to play small with my mission.
Because my mission is to support fellow mission-led female entrepreneurs who too have a destiny to change the world. Because together we can!‘
